FLOR DE GREALÓ 2005 ECO

In the glass: Intensive cherry color with violet reflexes, surface slightly opaque.

In the nose: Great choice of different flavors. As a first impression, black fresh fruits. Later on mulberries and prunes. Recalls also fresh laurel, liquorices, black pepper, cocoa, eucalyptus, mint and finally the black truffle as the typical reflex of the “terroir.”   

In the mouth: We pleasantly show into a glass of wine containing the very landscape from where it was created. At first, we notice the flavor of the mint and lot of freshness. Later on we get to know all its power, the subtle and stretched tannins. Finally we realize the marvelous union of the long tannins and the smoothness of its volume which produces a long and profound end. Its potential to mature will allow us to enjoy this wine easily during the coming years.
